A huge THANK YOU to the Board of Directors, volunteers, and members of The Greeley Chorale and their families for their contributions to one of Greeley’s cultural highlights: the 23rd Greeley Chorale Pops and Pasta! fundraiser on February 24th. It is your donated time and talents that keep Pops & Pasta! the wonderful experience for which it’s known.
A special thanks goes to Andy McRoberts, Greeley Culture, Parks & Recreation Director, along with Sheri Scheib Lobmeyer, Program Director for Culture, Parks and the Recreation/Senior Center, the Greeley Recreation staff, and the Union Colony Civic Center Ticket Office Staff.
We were pleased to once again have Corleone’s Drive Thru for catering. Their homemade red meat sauce, prepared on-site, took the pasta to new heights, along with bread from Sam’s Club (Evans, CO), and wine from Kenny’s Steak House. This perfect Italian meal was finished with Ticklebelly Desserts Cake Bars from SROriginals Desserts in Aurora, plus Starbucks and Aunt Helen’s Coffee House. In addition, we are grateful to these companies who helped us provide a memorable experience: Point Source Audio, Mariposa Plants & Flowers, Salida Del Sol Academy, Wing Shack (Greeley, CO), Westview Printing & Graphics, Associated Insurance Marketing, and Weld County Garage.

Last, but certainly not least, our humble thanks to the 641 Pops & Pasta! attendees, for without you, there wouldn’t BE a Greeley Chorale. We hope to see you next year on the last Saturday in February at the Greeley Recreation center, but you can hear us sooner at our spring concert, “One Nation, Indivisible” Saturday, April 7, 7:30p.m. at First United Methodist Church Greeley, 917 10th Avenue in downtown Greeley!
